I can get it to work if I clear the association in the user map then re associate it on the front end. It works for a while then not at all in any browser????
Can you check your User and System plugins to see if you have any that are meant to redirect users on login? There are some plugins specifically meant to put the user in a new place after they register or login, and those could be causing problems. Thanks, Alex. I also discovered that after logging out, the system still thinks I am logged in. I'll continue testing as you suggest. Sorry for the confusing language above. I was also able to logout successfully. If not, please re-attach the images you uploaded to the post. In the Attachments popup you have to hit the green arrow icon to actually insert what you uploaded into the post. One thing to note though is that the Facebook Comment box works off of whether you are logged into Facebook.

Been going on for a month now for me!!!!!! I have only had the problem recently when on eBay. Step one did not work. Step two did work, but I guess you have to do it every single time you want to open the link. Which is ridiculous, this only started happening very recently. Are they aware there is a problem? Is it Safari or is it Facebook? I wish I could get a different default browser for my iPad. But thank you for the information, more help than Facebook or Safari could do.
Yes, it works if I hold down the refresh symbol and choose desktop feature and I get to my facebook page, but do I now have to do that every single time to get to my facebook page? I tried every thing clearing data etc… nothing worked until I read about how to request desktop version. Worked like magic.
